Class Cancellation Policy + Workshop FAQs

SOMETHING'S COME UP AND I CAN'T ATTEND THE WORKSHOP. WHAT DO I DO?

Mischief does not offer refunds for Workshops. Please understand that buying a workshop ticket is like purchasing a movie ticket or a concert ticket, and that we are not able to offer refunds. The class is always transferable to a friend if you can't make it.

A lot of effort goes into each workshop (by us + the instructor), and we both purchase supplies and prepare for the number of tickets sold. Because of this, we do not offer credit or transfers to a future class.

 

WHAT IF A CLASS IS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED?

In the event that a class is canceled or rescheduled due to low enrollment or instructor emergency, you will be contacted as soon as this decision has been made. You will be able to choose between class credits or a full refund. 

 

WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR YOUR WORKSHOPS?

All of our workshops great for beginners as well as for someone more seasoned in the class content. We will indicate if a workshop requires previous experience. 

 

CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE WORKSHOP FEES?

We aim to keep the workshop cost as accessible as humanly possible while also taking into account the immense time and effort the instructor and workshop coordinator put into preparing a phenomenal class. Each workshop takes hours to prepare and our instructors (all local artists) have spent years honing their craft. Workshop fees are all inclusive and include the price of materials. We hope that in our workshops, you learn something new and build relationships with the instructor and other participants. 

 

WHERE CAN I PARK?

There is free parking in the neighborhood and a few metered parking spots right outside the shop. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes before the workshop start time to park and get settled. 

 

IS YOUR WORKSHOP SPACE ACCESSIBLE?
