Design and plant your very own mini succulent garden! Paint your new 6" planter and plant a variety of succulents. Learn about succulent care + propagation, and leave with succulent care instructions. This makes a perfect gift or activity for Mother's Day ;) Each participant gets their own mini garden!

This class is on a sliding-scale basis.  We estimate the cost per pair to be $70 so if you are able to pay that, that would be appreciated, but please don't let your lack of ability to pay keep you away! If you do contribute more, the extra funds will help others in the community participate. Our goal is to be inclusive of all folks regardless of their current financial situation. Each workshop ticket is for an adult and child. All ages are welcome.

About the Teacher:

Katy Atchison is a multi-talented artist and instructor based right here in the Laurel District. She’s been a multidisciplinary art teacher for over 15-years. Her wealth of knowledge is extensive. She’s taught everything from weaving, painting, natural dye, drawing, jewelry making to gardening and more. Her style of teaching is informative, silly and fun. You’ll find yourself smiling throughout the class while learning something new.
