Tinted Lip and Cheek Balm - Peppermint Eucalyptus

Finally, there is a tinted lip balm made with 100% purely natural ingredients, nothing fake.

These nourishing oils are infused with the dark red wine color of alkanet root bark. Alkanet root is used to naturally tint body products from lip tints to soap. 

The peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils add a nice minty buzz to your lips and a blush of color to your cheeks. The coconut, avocado, and jojoba oils nourish your lips while the alkanet root adds a pleasant cherry red tint. This is a tint so its texture is buttery and transfers less color than a lipstick. This means the 'hint' of color looks great on everyone.

When trying it on dry off your lips so the color evenly transfers. Since this is a natural product you need a smooth application. If you have just put on lip balm the lip tint will not transfer the color as well. I keep mine in my pocket and layer it throughout the day.

The Alkanet plant has a small blue flower and is quite beautiful. This is a real plant and herbalists do not recommend it for nursing or pregnant mamas due to its detoxifying effects.
